One of the world's largest international photo contests with more than 170 participating countries and regions

SINGAPORE – Nikon Singapore Pte. Ltd. is proud to announce the initiation of the Nikon Photo Contest 2020-2021.

The Nikon Photo Contest is a premier international photo contest that has been held since 1969 to provide an opportunity for photographers around the world to communicate and to enrich the image-making culture for professionals and amateurs alike.

To date, more than 440,000 photographers have submitted over 1.71 million photographic works to the Contest, making it a truly international event. In the previous (37th) Contest, which celebrated its 50th anniversary last year, a total of approximately 33,000 photographers from 170 countries and regions around the world submitted 97,369 works. The number of applicants and entries was the highest ever.

The environment surrounding the image-making culture is constantly changing with the times, and it always inspires us with new perspectives. We are pleased to provide a place for creators to discover new creations by adapting to the latest methods and styles of expression and deliver important stories through the common language of imaging.
