● Photography experience
Portrait photography using high pixel counts and high sensitivities
Visitors can try shooting with the Df, D800, D610, and D5300 with NIKKOR lenses such as the AF-S NIKKOR 58mm f/1.4G to experience for themselves shooting of beautiful portraits that exhibit a smooth transition from sharp focus on the subject to blurring of the background, as well as superior performance at high sensitivities.
Diorama photography experience
Following November of last year's Nikon Digital Live 2013, an event that gave visitors the opportunity to try out the Df, visitors to CP+ 2014 can enjoy shooting with the Df at the Yokohama Diorama Photography corner, established in cooperation with Mori Building Company, Limited.
In addition to experiencing for themselves shooting with Nikon's flagship camera, the D4, and a super-telephoto lens, visitors will be able to get a first look at Nikon's new flagship camera, the D4S, development of which was announced on January 7th of this year.
New product experience
Visitors to this touch & try corner can see the new D3300 and all color versions of the new COOLPIX-series cameras. Photographic subjects have been prepared based on the target users for each model, and visitors can enjoy actual shooting with the models exhibited.
Visitors to this corner, which introduces new ways to enjoy taking photos as well as connecting and sharing them with others, can use Wi-Fi®-compatible Nikon products to share photos they take, and shoot remotely.
Df corner and gallery
The Df corner will allow visitors to experience for themselves the feel of a precision instrument and the pleasure of operating it. The gallery will introduce photographs by professional photographers. A variety of photos exhibiting the unique characteristics of various cameras and lenses will also be exhibited.
Visitors can view the rich lineup of Nikon products in a showcase containing D-series, Nikon 1-series, and COOLPIX-series cameras, as well as NIKKOR lenses.
Product explanation counter
Nikon staff will be available to carefully answer questions regarding exhibited products, as well as questions from Nikon users about products they are currently using.
● Events especially for women
A number of stage events and workshops will be held strictly for women. Any woman, whether just now considering starting photography or looking to take better pictures, may participate.
